Yet despite general acknowledgement of the importance of the mental game, athletes rarely dedicate the time to engage in systematic mental practice, nor do they know how to integrate it into their daily routine.
Mindsize was designed out of 32 years of experience in professional sports and a deep understanding of mindfulness´ impact for the day-to-day fluctuations, so characteristic of (athletic) performance.
